These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made directly with Pembrokeshire Beach House and associated properties, including Blomfield Villas.
By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued. Payment may be made either in full at the time of booking or by paying a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payments are taken securely online by card. Bank transfer may be accepted by prior arrangement.
We strongly recommend guests take out appropriate travel insurance.
A refundable security deposit may be required prior to arrival. This will be returned within 7 days of departure, subject to no damage, excessive cleaning, or breach of these terms.
The property must only be occupied by the number of guests stated on the booking. It must be left in a reasonable condition at the end of the stay. The property is strictly non-smoking and no parties or events are permitted unless agreed in advance.
We accept no responsibility for loss, damage or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay, except where caused by negligence.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, a full refund will be issued. No further liability will be accepted.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
